All products sold on handknits.org - an initiative by Divyant Impex Corporation, are knitted by women, who due to various reasons could not get formal education but on whom their entire families depend for survival. Alka Bhotika, the propreitor of DIC, supports these women by training them and helping them earn their livelihood.
